These terms cover your use of oasisdiscipleshiphomes.org, run by Oasis Discipleship Homes, a ministry of Oasis on Orangewood, a 501(c)(3) public charity ("Oasis," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.

The site is information, not an offer of a place

This site describes Oasis and how to apply. Sending a prescreening form, a message, or an application does not reserve a space, guarantee a place in the program, or create any agreement. A place at Oasis begins only when you and Oasis sign a Community Member Agreement, which governs your time in the program. Oasis decides whom to invite to apply and whom to accept, in keeping with the law.

A discipleship ministry

Oasis is a Christian discipleship program that includes a place to live, not a housing program that offers discipleship. As a faith-based ministry, we conduct our discipleship, and the community life around it, in keeping with our faith as our Statement of Faith sets it out. We do not provide counseling, therapy, medical care, legal advice, or emergency services, and nothing on this site is professional advice. Our Apply page lists Christian counselors and recovery groups outside Oasis. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. If you are in danger, call 911.

Gifts

Gifts to Oasis are voluntary and go to Oasis on Orangewood. A monthly gift repeats each month until you stop it, which you can do at any time from our Give page. Oasis's board has final control over every gift. A gift to a program is used for that program unless that program is fully funded, in which case Oasis may apply the gift where it is needed most. Unless we say otherwise, you receive no goods or services in exchange for a gift, and gifts are tax-deductible to the extent the law allows. Gifts are not refundable, except that if you made a mistake, such as a wrong amount or a duplicate gift, write to us within 30 days and we will refund it.

Using what you find here

The words, photos, and logo on this site belong to Oasis or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to any page. Please do not copy our photos or logo, or present our content as your own, without asking. Scripture quotations are used under the publishers' permissions listed at the bottom of every page.

Using the site fairly

Please give true information on our forms, and do not use the site to send spam, to impersonate anyone, or to interfere with how it works.

Other websites

Some links take you to services we use (such as our payment processor or online application service) or to other websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there, and we are not responsible for them.

No guarantees

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Oasis is not liable for any loss that comes from using the site.

Arizona law

Arizona law governs these terms.
